BrilliantDye™ Terminator Cycle Sequencing Kits
BrilliantDye™ Terminator v3.1 Cycle Sequencing Kits provide all reagents (BrilliantDye™ Terminator, 5x sequencing buffer, pGEM control, M13 control primer) required for Sanger cycle sequencing reactions, in a ready for use pre-mixed format. BrilliantDye™ Kits are a drop-in replacement for BigDye® Terminator v3.1 Cycle Sequencing Kits without having to change protocol, volume, or setting.
BrilliantDye™ can be used with other Sanger workflow products (e.g. NimaPOP™ or POP™ polymers and buffers) on 3130, 3500, 3730 and SeqStudio™ Flex Genetic Analyzers.
BrilliantDye™ Terminator v1.1 Cycle Sequencing Kits are a modification of the BrilliantDye™ v3.1 chemistry. BrilliantDye™ v1.1 is purpose-designed for specialty applications, such sequencing difficult templates and sequencing of short PCR products using rapid electrophoresis run modules. BrilliantDye™ Terminator v1.1 Cycle Sequencing Kits provide all reagents (BrilliantDye™ Terminator, 5x sequencing buffer, pGEM control, M13 control primer) required for Sanger cycle sequencing reactions, in a ready for use pre-mixed format.

dGTP BrilliantDye™ Terminator v3.1 and BrilliantDye™ 5x Sequencing Buffer
dGTP BrilliantDye™ v3.1 Cycle Sequencing Kits are designed and optimized for challenging sequence templates and provide all reagents (BrilliantDye™ Terminator, 5x sequencing buffer, DNA polymerase, pGEM control, M13 control primer) required for Sanger Sequencing in a ready for use pre-mixed format. By using the same chemistries as BrilliantDye™ Terminator v3.1 Kits, but replacing dITP with dGTP, the dGTP BrilliantDye™ Terminator Kit provides proven performance, optimized for G- and GT-rich templates. dGTP BrilliantDye™ Terminator (v3.1) can be mixed with BrilliantDye™ (v3.1) for optimal results. Like the standard BrilliantDye™ (v3.1) Kits, dGTP BrilliantDye™ Terminator (v3.1) Cycle Sequencing Kits are compatible with 3130, 3500, 3730 Series Genetic Analyzers and SeqStudio™ Flex.

BrilliantDye™ Terminator 5x Sequencing Buffer is optimized for use with BrilliantDye™ Terminator v1.1/v3.1 and dGTP v3.1Cycle Sequencing Kits. It allows further dilution of BrilliantDye™ and is a key component to save on BrilliantDye™ Terminator reagent cost without affecting sequence accuracy or read length. Use of 5x Sequencing Buffer maintains the pH and magnesium optima for the cycle sequencing reaction. Similar to BrilliantDye™ Terminator Cycle Sequencing Kits, BrilliantDye™ 5x Sequencing Buffer can be used without any requirement for changes in protocol, conditions or spectral calibrations.
DyeTerminator Cleanup Kits
The iX-Pure™ DyeTerminator Cleanup Kit efficiently removes unincorporated dyeterminators and salt-ions from extension products cycle sequenced with BrilliantDye™ and BigDye™ chemistries. Resin-based clean-up is completed within 40 minutes. Purified dye-labeled extension products can be injected directly into Genetic Analyzers. The iX-Pure™ Dye Terminator Cleanup Kit is the proven drop-in alternative for BigDye XTerminator™.

The D-Pure™ DyeTerminator Cleanup Kit is the magnetic bead-based alternative to iX-Pure™ DyeTerminator or BigDye XTerminator™ and the high-quality alternative for CleanSEQ DyeTerminator Removal Kit. Magnetic cleanup is completed directly on the cycle sequencing plate, either manually or automated. Purified products can be loaded directly on Genetic Analyzers without further resuspension. Compatible with BigDye XTerminator™ run modules.

PCR Purification Kit
ExS-Pure™ Enzymatic PCR Purification Kit removes excess primers and unincorporated nucleotides from the PCR reaction prior to cycle sequencing, as any leftover primers can interfere with the strand-specific dyeterminator cycle sequencing reactions that will follow. This kit provides a ready-for-use reagent containing recombinant hydrolytic and heat-labile enzymes Exonuclease-I and Shrimp Alkaline Phosphatase.
Prior to cycle sequencing, ExS-Pure™ is added directly to the PCR product, and cleanup is performed in a standard thermal cycler within 5 minutes. ExS-Pure™ is the widely adopted drop-in alternative to ExoSAP-IT™.
