Together with Erik de Jong, we're excited to share that NimaGen has recently installed the Illumina MiSeq i100 sequencer in our R&D facilities in Nijmegen.
What makes this sequencer special? Above all: speed, ease-of-use and flexibility. Enabling to perform paired end 2x300bp runs overnight. With reagents stored and shipped at room temperature. This compact yet powerful platform will help us accelerate the development and validation of our next-generation sequencing (NGS) solutions across multiple fields:
