D-Pure™ DyeTerminator Cleanup Kit is a magnetic bead-based purification reagent designed for the removal of unincorporated dye terminators and salt ions from cycle sequencing extension products. It is compatible with BrilliantDye™ and BigDye™ chemistries, and the protocol is suitable for both manual and automated workflows without requiring centrifugation or filtration steps.   D-Pure™ is an alternative to iX-Pure™ DyeTerminator, BigDye XTerminator™, and CleanSEQ™ DyeTerminator Removal Kit.
