EasySeq™ SARS-CoV-2 WGS Kit 96 rxn

EasySeq™ SARS-CoV-2 WGS Kit 96 rxn is designed for Whole Genome Sequencing (WGS) of SARS-CoV-2 from cDNA samples derived from COVID-19 positive patients or wastewater. The kit enables targeted NGS for surveillance, identification, and classification of viral strains.    Using multiplex RC-PCR, it generates amplicons for sequencing on Illumina platforms. The workflow includes simultaneous indexing and amplification, reducing hands-on time and contamination risk. Pre-spotted Unique Dual Index plates optimize sample processing.
