The IDseek® CombiSTR™ Plus Kit is a Reverse Complement (RC-PCR) based MPS library preparation solution designed for Y-STR haplotyping, enabling the characterization of paternal lineages from unknown male trace donors. This closed one-tube reaction system integrates multiplex targeted amplification, sequencing indexing, and adaptor addition.
