The EasySeq™ Human DNA Sample Identification Blood Direct Kit enables direct DNA amplification from human blood samples, including fresh, frozen, or dried blood spots. Utilizing Reverse Complement PCR (RC-PCR) technology, this kit ensures accurate sample identification and tracking within Whole Exome (WES) and Whole Genome Sequencing (WGS) workflows. It facilitates a one-tube, single-reaction multiplex assay that amplifies 40 exonic targets, including 37 SNPs with a high minor allele frequency (MAF) and 3 gender markers (Amelogenin X-Y, TXLNGY).   The kit reduces labor time by combining indexing and target amplification in a single closed-tube workflow. It also minimizes pipetting errors and sample mix-ups while optimizing sequencing efficiency.
