EasySeq™ Human DNA Sample Identification Kit

EasySeq™ Human DNA Sample ID Kit 96 rxn - WES/WGS

SKU: RC-SID096
EasySeq™ Human DNA Sample Identification Kit enables precise sample tracking and identity verification in Whole Exome (WES) and Whole Genome Sequencing (WGS) workflows.    Utilizing Reverse Complement PCR (RC-PCR) technology, this kit allows single-reaction, multiplex amplification of 40 exonic targets, including 37 high minor allele frequency (MAF) SNPs and Amelogenin X-Y and TXLNGY for gender determination. It ensures data integrity by matching sample IDs with sequencing data.   This kit facilitates direct amplification from human blood samples (fresh, frozen, or dry blood spots). The workflow integrates simultaneous indexing and target amplification in a single closed-tube reaction, reducing pipetting errors and improving efficiency.   Compatibility•    Illumina® sequencers: iSeq, MiniSeq, MiSeq, NextSeq, NovaSeq.   Kit components•    Master Mix•    Probe Dilution Buffer•    Probe Panel   Note: This item requires (a) dedicated Index Plate(s).Once you’ve added this RC-PCR kit to your cart, you'll be prompted to select the appropriate Unique Dual Index Primer Plate(s).   Benefits✓ Single-tube reaction for simplified workflow✓ Minimized risk of contamination and errors✓ RC-PCR kinetics enhance specificity and sensitivity✓ Optimized for WES/WGS workflows and cell line ID✓ Well balanced and highly on-target
