Using  Reverse Complement PCR (RC-PCR), this kit provides a streamlined, one-tube, single reaction workflow for amplifying the ITS2 region of the fungal rRNA operon. This region offers high nucleotide heterogeneity, allowing for accurate taxonomic classification and diversity analysis in fungi.     The ITS Microbiome Library Prep Kit is designed for direct DNA amplification from various sample types, including environmental, soil, food, human, and animal-derived samples, without requiring fungal culture.    The workflow integrates indexing and target amplification in one closed-tube reaction, reducing hands-on time and contamination risk. The pre-spotted, breakable Unique Dual Index plates ensure sample accuracy and minimize waste.
