The IDseek® OmniSTR™ Global Autosomal STR Profiling Kit is a Reverse Complement (RC-PCR) based MPS library prep solution designed for forensic applications. It enables multiplex targeted amplification, barcode indexing, and adapter addition in a single-tube reaction. The kit includes all relevant STR core loci from the USA, EU, UK, and Interpol, supporting forensic investigations such as mainstream casework,  identification of missing persons and confirming familial relationships.   The IDseek® OmniSTR™ Kit generates short amplicons optimized for degraded and low-quality DNA samples. It is compatible with Illumina® MiSeq, (Qiagen/Verogen) MiSeq FGx, and NextSeq 1000.
