EasySeq™ DuoBiome Library Prep Kit

The EasySeq™ DuoBiome Library Prep Kit is an NGS library preparation kit for bacterial and fungal microbiome profiling on short-read sequencers. The EasySeq™ DuoBiome Library Prep Kit combines the EasySeq™ 16S Microbiome and EasySeq™ ITS Microbiome workflows in one kit format. It enables separate analysis of the 16S V3-V4 region for bacteria and the ITS2 region for fungi.    Using Reverse Complement PCR, each workflow combines target amplification, indexing, and adapter attachment in a single closed-tube reaction. The separated 16S and ITS library preparations support different input and cycling conditions for complex samples, including fecal samples. After QC, both libraries can be pooled equimolarly for sequencing on Illumina platforms.    Note: This item requires dedicated Index Plates. Once you’ve added this kit to your cart, you'll be prompted to select the appropriate Unique Dual Index Primer Plate(s).   Sequencing on different samples?
